Return policy

Please contact Dessin Design before returning any items.
The buyer should check the delivery to verify that it is correct and free of defects. In the event of a complaint, the customer contacts Dessin Design and provides relevant information and the reason for the complaint.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Return conditions
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is destroyed or used, the product will not be refunded. Be sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Dessin Design suggests obtaining a receipt and package ID for the return from the delivery service, as this will make it easier to track the return shipment if necessary.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your item, mail it to:

You as the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will accept your returned item.
Dessin Design is NOT responsible for any return costs from customs. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Handmade products
Please note that the products, which are handmade, may vary slightly, for example in color or size. This is in order and what handmade products are all about, and is not a valid reason for returns.

Transport damage
If the item goes missing or you notice upon receipt that the item has been damaged during transport, you must report this to us immediately.

Unreleased packages
For packages not redeemed at your post office within 14 days, Dessin Design reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and the shipping companies' administrative costs.
